Are you wondering what the process to booking a bouncy castle with us is? Below is a simple breakdown to show you just how easy it really is!
Here’s a few key points before you take the next couple minutes reading the below steps:

OUTDOOR HIRE BOOKINGS:
1) Click the top right 3 lines and select a category from the drop down menu.
2) Take your time and browse though our wonderful stock list.
3) You’ve now found something you like so click on this to see more photos, videos, sizes, user suitability, safety test, descriptions ect ect. At the bottom of the page any discounted packages this item is linked to will appear.
4) Click the green book online button.
5) Enter your date of the event.
6) Find your postcode from the drop down menu and click continue.
7) Now you’ll be put through to the booking form and shopping cart. You can now add any extras or additional item if you wish and this will automatically update your cart.
8) Fill out all the questions accurately to avoid any disappointment on the day.
9) Read/Sign the Terms & Conditions.
10) Fantastic! Your now booked in with us via our state of the art live booking system. This will now Automatically update our calendar and reserve your items for you. No item can be double booked with our system.
11) You would of now been directed to a Thank you for booking with us page with all details about What happens next.

HALL HIRE BOOKINGS / SPECIFIC TIME BOOKINGS:
1) First things first with Hall hire bookings is we require the customer to email us prior at Contact Us with the following details: Venue Name, Date of event, Hall Hire Access time, Hall hire finish time, Party times and item/s interested in. This is so we can check our diary to see if we have availability for your specific times.
2) You would’ve now received a reply within 24hrs with ‘Great news we have availability for your times’ or ‘Unfortunately we don’t have availability for your times however these are what we do have free if you have any flexibility’.
3) If we do confirm that we do have availability for your times on the date in question then your ready to proceed online and get booked in with us but please read the below.
*All availability confirmed via email is available as it stands, we cannot reserve anything until the booking has been completed on the website. We strongly advise you book immediately after receiving confirmation as enquiries come in daily and your times can be snapped up very fast. We do understand people like to take time to think so if this is the case please check back in with us when your ready so we can double check your times are still available*
